Terms & Conditions – Plantation Hybrids

This website is owned and operated by Plantation Hybrids (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this site and placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our services and products
Plantation Hybrids sells custom hybrid plant bulbs and seeds. Product images and descriptions are for general illustration; natural variation in size, color, and performance is normal.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), and legally permitted to purchase our products where you live.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
When you complete checkout and payment, you enter into a binding contract for the items in your order. All prices are in USD and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping charges are added where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud, stock issues, or incorrect pricing).
4. Shipping & delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. We ship to the locations listed at checkout. Any delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.
5. Returns & refunds
Because we sell living/biological products, many items are not returnable. Opened seed packets, used items, and custom orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order on arrival, contact us at plantationhybrids@gmail.com within 7 days with photos, and we will review replacement or partial refund options at our discretion. You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
6. Plant performance & no guarantees
Germination and plant performance depend on many factors outside our control (e.g., storage, planting, soil, climate, care). We do not guarantee specific results, yields, or survival of plants.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Plantation Hybrids or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective date”. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
